As a fifth generation Vero Beach native and having over 20 years experience in the title insurance services market, Denielle Landers, President and Owner, has an unparalleled ability keep Harbor Title in the top market with a base of knowledge, security and reputation. She received her BA in accounting from Florida Atlantic University, is a licensed title agent with the State of Florida, is nationally certified with the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA), and obtained her AS in Paralegal Studies from Indian River State College. She started her career in real estate closings as a paralegal in a private law firm, she then went on to work for a developer performing accounting, paralegal and title insurance duties and ultimately achieving the position as president and qualifying agent of their title company for over ten years. During this period Ms. Landers was personally involved in the closing of residential, commercial and complex commercial loan transaction and refinances.
