As a fifth generation Vero Beach native and having 20 years experience in the title services market, Denielle Landers, President and Owner, has an unparalleled ability to bring Harbor Title & Escrow, Inc. to the market with a base of knowledge, security and reputation. She received her BA in accounting from Florida Atlantic University, is a licensed title agent with the state of Florida, is nationally certified with National Association of Legal Assistants, and obtained her AS in Paralegal Studies from Indian River State College. She started her career in real estate closings as a paralegal in a private law firm, she then went on to work for a developer and ultimately achieving the position as president and qualifying agent of a title company for over ten years. During this period Ms. Landers was personally involved in the closing of residential, commercial and complex commercial loan refinances in a total amount in excess of two hundred million dollars.
